  • For in-person clients, my physical office location is 16 N. Riverside Avenue, Suite 209 in Medford, Oregon 97501. However, I can provide counseling on-line for anyone in Oregon.

  • You are provided a secure HIPPA compliant video link through my practice portal, Simple Practice. All you have to do is click on the link.

  • Yes. I provide in-person sessions at my Medford, Oregon office.

  • PRIVATE-PAY FEE:

    $195 for a 55-minute session, individuals and couples.

    I accept credit/debit cards, cash or checks. Credi/debit is billed through Stripe in my Simple Practice account.

    OUT=OF-NETWORK BILLING:

    $195 for a 55-minute session, individuals and couples.

    When using out of network benefits, I require payment from you upfront. After it is received, I provide a super-bill that the insurance company needs to process your reimbursement up to the allowed amount. Please check your benefits.

  • If you are paying for your counseling without using insurance or turning your paid bill into insurance, you are legally entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate. This estimate provides you with information about how long counseling may take and what the cost will be to you. In this way you will not be surprised and left with a bill you did not anticipate.
